Permanent Value, Early Financial Independence and Retirement

Although this excerpt from Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, is pertaining mostly towards people who are looking to start a business, the same principles can be applied to anybody who is looking to become financially independent.  A while back I met a man who specializes in human behavior.
